ABOUT US

B&B Catering has been serving events since 2015. We’re a family-run business that handles both small and large functions. Based at La Trobe University’s Bundoora campus, we cater across Melbourne.

We specialise in off-site catering and have experience with corporate BBQs, VIP events, conferences, and student BBQs for 1,000+ guests.

We can manage menus, staff, and equipment to make your event run smoothly. Clients often praise the fresh, tasty food and drink service.

We’ll create a custom menu to fit your budget, dietary needs, and location. Sample menus are just suggestions—we’re happy to tailor options to your needs and budget.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

For the Beverage Package it must be held within the Agribio Building at La Trobe University, at the Sports Pavilion at Latrobe University

OR

You must give us at least 1 months notice to be able to organize a temporary liqour license. Otherwise we can accomodate off campus catering by providing non-alcoholic options. Otherwise there is an additional cost of $260 for a temporary liquor license.

All conference packages require a minimum of 20 people, Please specify any dietary requirements.

Paella Terms & Conditions

Paella bookings can be made directly through By The Pan Paella.
All Paella options include Biopak crockery and cutlery. Staff member to cook is an additional $40 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
Paella can either be cooked on site or delivered off-site for a fee
